Cucina 503 in Augusta

Love!! We went tonight for a date night. With it being a Thursday, it was not crowded at all. The service was excellent, as was the food, and the prices very reasonable. I had shrimp risotto, husband had pasta carbonara, and shared a beet salad. Good sized portions (we took a bit home) and the warm bread and balsamic butter was great! Highly recommend!Ps. The owner just apparently opened a new restaurant “Local” down the street as well!

My group had a meeting here and literally everyone was impressed. The food was very good, even though there were limited choices due to the group’s size. The room was the perfect size and quiet enough to have a great meeting. The service was the best. Everything came out great and the servers were amazingly attentive. While staying in Augusta, GA we wanted to find a local restaurant that offered good food in a upscale, but relaxing environment. Cucina 503 offered us a great night. The food was good, the service was good, the wine list offered a nice range of options, the people were great. I will definitely be back

Came here for me and my wife's anniversary. Had never heard of this place but saw it online and decided to check it out. Started off with a couple of Cesar salads and a couple of drinks. I ordered the lasagna and my wife got the pasta carbonara. The lasagna was some of the best I've ever had and the pasta was delicious as well. Would definitely come back to try different items off the menu

Delicious. My wife is a real fan of eggplant parmesan and said hers was the best she ever had. Polite attentive service. The only thing that bothered me was the low standards for dinner attire of the other patrons. Tank tops and shorts, not my favorite.
